Poster exhibition on sustainable local projects

on January 20th, 2015, Thomas Voelsch, Mayor of Harburg, will open the second poster exhibition on sustainable local projects at 3:30 p.m. at Harburg's Town Hall.  

The exhibition pictures the work of 18 initiatives who had applied for the second Harburg Sustainability Award in 2014. The applicants belong to the following areas: education (early childhood education, primary, secondary and tertiary education, informal education), trade, culture and environmental protection. 

During the opening, children of the Harburg-based "Kita Quellmoor"- a German-Russian preschool (for 2 - 6 year old children) and one of the 2014 applicants - will present their activities of their chicken-breeding project.

The posters will be shown from January, 20th to February, 23rd, 2015 at HARBURG Town Hall, Harburger Rathausplatz 1, 21073 Hamburg during the following opening hours: Mondays to Thursdays 8 am. till 4 pm., and Fridays form 8 am. until 3 pm.

HARBURG21 who initiated and coordinated the Harburg Sustainability Award in 2013 and 2014, has organised this exhibition for the second time and invites everyone interested in the topic to enjoy the event, the poster display and pick up our information materials.
