Harburg Sustainability Award

For the first time, the Harburg Parliament (Bezirksversammlung Harburg) presents an award to honour individuals, NGOs, organizations, businesses and institutions who are acitvely involved in the  local Agenda 21 process. 

Eligible candidates engage in activities towards  an economically viable, green(er) and fair(er) way of life. In so doing, they help create an environmentally friendly and socially equitable present and future, and with it a chance for all of us to embrace a prosperous and fulfilled life.

A Harburg-based panel of independent experts decide on the winner or winners and awards 1.500,00 EUR in total.

The Award Ceremony will take place on November 13th, 2013 at the Technical University of Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH), Schwarzenbergstraße 95, 21073 Hamburg.

Co-operation partners are the Local Agenda 21 group and Sustainability Network "HARBURG21" and - with regard to the ceremony - the TUHH.

fill in the form, attach a (digital) poster illustrating your activities and send everything  to the HARBURG21-Buero, Knoopstrasse 35, 21073 Hamburg until September 30th, 2013.
